Just as in rope climbing, correct technique is to use core and not arms as one would naturally think.
Grab the rope higher with help of coiling your core, then straighten your body and then reach for the rope above.
Compare this with layman's idea of pulling rope by arms that'll give immediate results but it'll be smaller and less sustaining.
Similarly in business, don't focus on marketing for incremental gain. Focus on building the product right first, giving good customer service second and then reach for customers. This will give you exponential & sustainable growth.
