How calm can you get....once you know the reference point of what absolute calm looks like....you can use this information in day to day interactions when you get heated up.
When sea is in tides, waves are crashing, we say the sea is rough......but is it calm otherwise? As calm as a river? Is a river as calm as a lake?
so find your lake state through meditation and evaluate your state in a heated conversation to that level. This will allow you to calm down to the right level.
