Try not speaking out loud unless absolutely necessary for functional things like pass me the water, serve me food etc.
Rest, for bigger things you want to accomplish in life/work/relationships, try operating with just your thoughts.
For example, you want to serve people with a certain product or service, just keep that thought vivid in your mind and don't let the friction of sound (trying to nag employees with every little thing) slow the progress. Trust that your strong thought of serving customer well will permeate through to your employees, partners and customers.
Let opportunities to aid your vision present themselves. You will only notice them when you're not too busy trying to make things happen!
