Sorry or Love you

Next time your son/daughter/father/mother/spouse/friend.... does something you don't like or get hurt from, ask them to say I love you instead of I'm sorry.

When we don't like an action by someone, it's because we feel unloved by them at the moment....how could they do this given how much I care for them...I love you from them in that moment will take away that feeling much faster than a sorry which our ego prevents us from saying. It will feel much better for both sides.
