In tennis or in any other game really, we don’t get mad at the opponent for hitting a difficult shot at us …. on the contrary, we get upset with ourselves if we can’t return it & even appreciate the opponent’s capability to hit a tough shot.
However in other areas of life, we get upset when we get a challenging situation & start blaming….thinking, why life chose me for a tough challenge ….when we really should be upset only with ourself for not meeting it.
