imagine your form of the body to be empty space with literally an outline. Feel hollow.

When you don’t have an identity attached to your form, you will be part of the whole world and the whole world will be part of you.

Think Virat Swaroop of Krishna !

Also realise that everyone around you is also just an outline in space, a form which is mostly space given to act as a vehicle.

Then when you hear someone say something, think of it as a sound from the universe, just as the sound of a raindrop.

You wont attach any emotions to it and will respond to it in an objective way as one sound of the universe responding to another. You will also give 100% attention to it as you consider yourself to be zero so there’s no filter or prejudices attached while hearing.
