I’m told by my elders, I was the kid who when shut in a bathroom as punishment, started playing with stuff in the bathroom instead of crying about being let out!
this attitude is what I’ve been blessed with and although I need to now remind myself of it in certain situations, I mostly go by this mantra.
try finding what positive thing can be done in any situation that will make you feel better rather than worse.
