How to be aware

Do you know how you sound ! do you know if you’re short tempered or frustrated or a pessimist or positive person? Do you know how loud you talk? Most of us are living in a bubble and don’t have a close group of friends who will tell you what they really think.
Do do you want to continue living this way or would it be better to live in reality? If one is not even aware, one can’t change what needs attention.
We can be objective when dealing with a friends issue but not our own as we are emotionally attached to our situation. That’s when you need a third person to give you perspective. This is what a coach does.
