Losing patience when dealing with people?

Updated: Oct 21, 2021

There’s a saying in Geeta, do your work without the expectation of results being in your favour.

This principle should be applied in our interactions with people and specially with ones with whom we have frequent interactions.

You need to to tell your son, your colleague, your employee, your spouse to do something that you want done; make sure you say it, give a reminder, another reminder and another reminder if it still hasn’t been done (and you really want it to be), all without expecting the other person to have done it!

You won’t lose patience with the person as how s/he responds is not in your hands, don’t focus on expecting a certain result when doing your work, in this case of telling someone something.
